To qualify:
- You must own five or more autos.
- You must have a minimum of three years experience in your current business.
- At least 90 percent of your travel must be within a 200-mile radius.
- Drivers cannot have a motor vehicle record with any of the following violations in a three-year period:
- Driving under the influence
- Speeding contest
- Reckless driving
- Hit and run
- Homicide or assault
- License suspension or revocation
- At least 90 percent of drivers covered must meet the following eligibility requirement:
- Total at-fault accidents plus the number of moving violations (unrelated to an at-fault accident) must not exceed two.
