Coverage Enhancements
Unigard offers several additional coverage options that you can purchase to enhance your rental property coverage.
- Premises Liability Coverage: Protects you against bodily injury and property damage to others claims caused by a covered accident at your rental property for which you are liable. This coverage also reimburses medical payments up to $1,000 for injuries to others that occur on the rental premises.
- Additional Coverage Endorsement (ACE): In a total loss, this coverage will pay up to 125 percent of the Dwelling Coverage limit to repair or replace the dwelling, even if the cost exceeds the amount of your policy. It also provides $1,000 coverage for your personal belongings located in the rental unit.
