Unigard offers several additional coverage options to meet our customers' needs.
- Personal Property Replacement Cost Coverage: This coverage compensates you for the full cost to repair or replace personal property, without a deduction for the depreciated value of the property.
- Extended Replacement Cost Coverage: In case of a total loss, this coverage will pay up to 125 percent of the Dwelling Coverage limit to repair or replace your home, even if the cost exceeds the amount of your policy.
