Claims

Auto Claims

In the event of an automobile loss:

  • We'll assign a claim representative and a claim number to your case.
  • Your claim representative will contact you to collect detailed facts about the loss and let you know about your coverage.
  • We'll ask you to provide a damage estimate or assign an appraiser to inspect the vehicle at your convenience. You can also take your vehicle to one of our designated direct repair facilities through our Quality Service Repair Program (QSRP) for guaranteed repairs.
  • If your car is repairable, you'll be issued a check for the repairs minus your deductible.
  • If the car is a total loss, you'll be contacted to discuss its fair market value.
  • If you are injured as a result of the accident, your claim representative will explain all applicable coverages that apply. Your claim representative will work with you until the injury claim is closed.
